How to Re-Order your repeat Prescriptions 

**The re-order telephone line is only for House Bound Patients.  This is open 12-2 daily.

Register for online access.  We will require a form of photo ID to verify your identity.

How to set up NHS login

 You will need an email address to register for this service.

In person to the surgery

  • By dropping the white re-order side of your prescription in at the practice. Please ensure that you tick the medication required.  These can be returned anytime.  If we are closed then please post through the letterbox on the (RH) side door of the practice. 
  • You can reorder in person Face to face at the Dispensary hatch.

Please note :

  • We no longer offer the monthly “Re-Order” system where patients were able to reorder a month in advance. 
  • Please allow at least 5-7 working days before collection.
  • We will text all patients (where we have a valid mobile number on file) when their order is ready for collection. 
  • Ensure that you bring enough money (£9.65 per item – cash, debit card or cheque) or proof of exemption with you when you collect your drugs.
  • Patients using Prescription services will need to allow additional time for the Prescription service to dispense their medication, and further time may be needed for deliveries.  A minimum of a week is advised.
