The NHS App can be used on most Apple or Android smartphones or tablets.
The NHS online account can be accessed on laptops, tablets and personal computers. Once you are set up, your login details can be used for both the NHS App and Online should you wish to use both.
It offers more functions than Patient Access including repeat prescription orders, booking of some appointments, reviewing results and reviewing your medical record.

You may need some details from the practice to set up your NHS app/Account.
Please contact Reception if you are asked for a Linkage key, ODS code and Account ID. This can be emailed to you or printed off for you to collect from the practice.
As a current online user you should not need to provide your proof of ID again.
